There are several things
you will need before traveling for the medical missions
trip. This includes financing, immunizations, passport
and documentation, as well as several other things. Before
each trip, you will be given a complete list which is
customized to that particular mission.
There are a wide variety
of tasks you can perform on the mission. In general, you
can expect to help with the loading and unloading of supplies,
with the set-up of the clinic, and with many long days.
It will be very tiring, but the rewards are tremendous!
We hold daily prayer
sessions, and we interact with the local congregations
throughout the week. The physical care we provide for
the residents is temporary, but the spiritual care is
forever.
